What is Easy Switch?
Easy Switch makes it possible to easily switch providers. It relieves you as a customer of the difficult administrative steps involved in switching. TADAAM terminates the contract at your previous operator, so you don't have to do anything yourself.
How does it work?
To make use of the Easy Switch service, you must first request your TADAAM subscription via our website. During your registration, you can provide the required Easy Switch details. These are:
The name of your previous provider
The Easy Switch code from your previous provider
- You can find this code on the online customer platform or app of your previous provider, or on your invoicesThe customer number of your previous provider
Optional: the phone number of your fixed or mobile line if you wish to cancel it. Please note: your phone number will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated later
Your TADAAM subscription starts immediately after your first payment, but your request will not be processed instantly. Once you have received and activated your TADAAM modem, we will process your Easy Switch request.
